Should I repair or replace my air conditioner?
It depends on the age of the system, what failed, and what the repair costs next to a new unit. We give you both numbers and an honest read. If a repair is the smart move, that is what we recommend.
My AC is frozen. What do I do until you arrive?
Switch the system off at the thermostat and set the fan to ON. That thaws the coil so we can test the system when we get there.
